The guides
Read them, link to them, quote them with attribution and a link back. Do not republish a guide in full without asking.
This is information, not advice
Everything here is general written information. It is not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice, no professional relationship is created by reading it, and nobody here is acting as your adviser.
This matters more than usual on this site, because a large part of it is about company law: contracts, registration, liability, intellectual property, employment. Those rules differ by country, differ again by the form your business takes, and change. A guide cannot know any of that about you. Before you sign, register, file or dismiss anything, take advice from a qualified professional licensed where you are.
Accuracy and age
Guides are written in good faith and are not maintained on a schedule. Each carries its publication date; some material is several years old and will have been overtaken. Judge a guide against its date.
